1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register independently. Applicants between [MINIMUM AGE] and 17 years may be admitted only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf and remains responsible for them. We may decline or end a membership at our discretion where there is a safety, conduct or legal concern.

3. Membership

• Membership is personal to you and cannot be shared, lent or transferred unless we agree in writing.
• You must carry your membership identification and present it on request.
• You must tell us promptly if your contact details or health status change.
• We may ask for photo identification and a photograph for our records.

4. Health declaration and fitness to train

You confirm that you are in a fit medical state to undertake physical exercise, and that you have disclosed any condition, injury, medication, surgery or pregnancy that could affect your safety. We strongly recommend obtaining medical clearance from a registered physician before starting any exercise programme.

You agree to stop exercising and inform a member of staff if you feel unwell, dizzy, short of breath or in pain. We are not qualified to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

5. Use of the premises and conduct

You agree to follow our Gym Rules & Waiver at all times, and in particular to:

• Use equipment only as intended and after being shown how, replacing weights after use.
• Wear clean, closed indoor training shoes and appropriate attire.
• Treat staff, trainers and other members with respect. Harassment, intimidation, discriminatory conduct or unwanted photography of others will result in immediate termination without refund.
• Refrain from entering under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
• Not carry out personal training, coaching or commercial activity on the premises without our written permission.

6. Classes and personal training

Group classes are subject to available capacity and may be rescheduled, substituted or cancelled. Personal training sessions are booked in advance; a session missed without at least [NUMBER] hours' notice may be treated as used. Trainer allocation may change for operational reasons.

7. Kitchen and food orders

Food and beverages are billed separately from membership. Nutritional descriptions are indicative, and preparation happens in a kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, nuts, soy and gluten. If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.

8. Fees and payment

Fees, applicable taxes and payment schedules are those communicated to you at the time of enrolment. Fees may be revised for future terms with prior notice. Non-payment may lead to suspension of access until dues are cleared. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Suspension, closure and termination

We may close the premises or restrict access for maintenance, renovation, public holidays, statutory requirements or events beyond our control. We may suspend or terminate a membership for breach of these terms, non-payment or conduct that endangers others. Where termination is for cause, no refund is payable.

10. Personal property and lockers

Lockers are provided for use during your visit only and must be emptied before you leave. You are responsible for your belongings. We do not accept liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, except where the loss arises from our proven negligence.

11. CCTV and photography

Common areas are monitored by CCTV for safety and security. We may photograph or film on the premises for promotional purposes; where you are identifiable, we will seek your consent first, and you may decline without any effect on your membership. Members must not photograph or record other people without their permission.

12. Intellectual property

The Shaper's Stop Gym name, logo, website design, text, imagery and training material are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

You use the facilities at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, our total liability arising out of your use of the Services is limited to the amount of membership fees you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by agreement.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the facilities, or damage you cause to the premises or equipment.

15. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for failure to provide the Services due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, power or water failure, strikes or civil disturbance.

16. Use of this website

The website is provided for information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current at all times. Timings, classes, trainers and offerings described here may change.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

18. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
